Many brands only focus on the big watch fairs early in the year to release their novelties, but for Hublot, innovation is a constant factor, so they do it throughout the year. 2017 was once more an exceptional year for Hublot, so after a long debate, these are our favorites!

When Audemars Piguet introduced the Royal Oak Tourbillon Chronograph Squelette at the 2016 SIHH, the watch caused quite a stir, and rightfully so. Within the iconic octagonal case, crafted from platinum, was now a skeletonized tourbillon chronograph movement. A dream watch by any means!

After the exclusive RM 67-02, the brand now introduces two new versions of the RM 035 to celebrate the historic victory of brand ambassador Rafael Nadal, who earlier this year won Roland Garros for the tenth time, making him the first ever to accomplish such a feat.

The SIHH gives you the opportunity to see and handle some of the most amazing new watches. All those masterpieces available at a single venue is exhilarating yet also hard work, especially for Haute Time's photographer Alex Teuscher. Light conditions are always challenging at a fair, and there is a constant pressure to finish up in time make it to the next appointment. Simultaneously it is also important to respect the subject and photograph it in an environment that it suits. In the digital age, you can, fortunately, see very quickly if you are on point, and very little things are as gratifying as ending a long yet exciting day, seeing that the fruit of your work is actually looking pretty awesome!
