Unique One-off Timepieces Created to Celebrate Harrods’ Fine Watch Room’s One Year Anniversary

Eight selected haute horlogerie manufacturers will be creating one-of-a-kind watches which will be on a preview display at Salon QP for three days in mid-November.

Frank Müller, Hublot, Roger Dubuis, Vacheron, Audemars Piguet, Breguet, Maurice Lacroix, Zenith and Constantin have all made unique, one-off watches that will be unveiled at Salon QP while Harrods will be sponsoring the Seminar Theatre.  The celebratory event, occurring on November 8 and lasting until November 10, will take place on Saatchi’s second floor, where secondary events such as workshops and demonstrations will also take place.

In a first for Harrods, the luxury goods shop will be present at the event with its Service and After-Sales Bar, the only time the service has been available outside of the Harrods building.  After-Sales consultants will be available to look after repairs, cleaning, and individualized consultations.

Three of the featured timepieces created for the special event are:

Audemars Piguet Ladies Tuxedo Automatique  Featuring a white gold case that will be set with diamonds over its entirety, the watch has an asking price of about $225,550.  621 of the gems give the watch a total weight of 7.45 carats.

Breguet High Jewellery Dentelle Diamond Watch At $247,326,this exquisitely crafted watch, along with its high-end mechanisms, features 245 diamonds and a mother of pearl dial with an astounding 123 diamonds on it and a sapphire case back.  An alligator and white satin strap with an additional 26 diamonds completes the sophisticated, elegant timepiece, making it a true work of art.

Franck Müller Piece Unique for Harrods Based on the iconic Long Island watch, this one-off design features the company’s renowned rectangular bezel, a rose gold case set with diamonds, and gems to emulate the famed Harrods’ colours of gold and green. This handsome watch has a price of about $90,000.
