Haute Time found out when we caught up with the legendary watchmaker in Geneva...
What does a watchmaker wear to haute horlogerie’s biggest fair? This week Haute Time caught up with the legendary Richard Mille at SIHH, and got his watch on video!
It turns out the watchmaker was wearing the RM 027 Tourbillon Rafael Nadal, the first timepiece Mille created for the tennis superstar. Although it has since been replaced by the second-generation RM 27-01 Tourbillon, Mille is clearly fond of his RM 027, because we spotted him wearing it out to dinner with Nadal just a few months ago!
Haute Time’s Carol Besler got the chance to step into Mille’s shoes when she tried on the watch at SIHH!
