Haute Time & OMEGA Toast to 70 Years of the Constellation

Champagne first, then the stars. On October 29, 2026, OMEGA opened its newly elevated Miami Design District boutique for a Constellation cocktail hour with Haute Living’s New Era of Power Couples before the evening crossed the neighborhood to the beloved Michelin star restaurant, Le Jardinier.

Guests stepped into 101 NE 39th Street for a bespoke cocktail experience in a space that now includes a watchmaking area and an intimate bar upstairs. Constellation pieces lined the displays — the collection OMEGA launched in 1952, still bearing the observatory-and-eight-stars medallion that marks the brand’s mid-century precision records at Kew-Teddington and Geneva.

Grégoire Sierro, Brand President of OMEGA USA, welcomed the room. Newly based in Miami, he made the boutique’s redesign feel like a hometown debut as much as a major moment.

OMEGA Constellation Miami Dinner at Le Jardinier

Dinner followed at Le Jardinier in the Miami Design District, with exclusive wines from Sonoma’s Aperture Cellars. The menu moved from homemade bread and house butter to a yellowfin tuna carpaccio with avocado and tamari dressing, then poached halibut finished with kaluga caviar and a champagne cream sauce — a precise, unhurried progression the Constellation crowd could appreciate.

Adrienne Faurote, Editor-in-Chief of Haute Living Media Group, then welcomed guests, thanking them for spending their evenings alongside Haute Living and OMEGA.

She closed on the collection that framed the night: “And what better way to celebrate with OMEGA — a brand that echoes the same excellence as everyone in the room, and their Constellation collection that has always represented a modern influence of sophistication and style. So, here’s to ushering in a new era in Miami.”
