This December, Sotheby’s New York will host a landmark auction that offers a rare glimpse into the life of one of the greatest athletes in history—Tom Brady. Titled “The GOAT Collection: Watches & Treasures from Tom Brady,” this exclusive single-owner evening sale will celebrate Brady’s illustrious career while revealing a lesser-known side of the seven-time Super Bowl champion: his passion for fine watches and collectibles.

This December, Sotheby’s New York will host an auction with a rare glimpse into the life of one of the greatest athletes in history—Tom Brady.

The sale will feature game-worn jerseys from pivotal moments in Brady’s career, including his days at the University of Michigan and his iconic tenure with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Alongside historical memorabilia, the collection highlights a remarkable range of timepieces worn by Brady at major events, featuring some of the most prestigious watchmakers in the world.

As the most decorated player in NFL history, Brady’s legacy is firmly established on the field. However, The GOAT Collection goes beyond the gridiron, offering fans and collectors a chance to own a piece of Brady’s personal history. Featured watches include timepieces from Patek Philippe, Rolex, IWC, and a custom Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Flying Tourbillon, specially made for Brady’s Netflix special, Greatest Roast of All Time: The Roast of Tom Brady.

A skeletonized dial showcases the inner workings of this automatic timepiece, encased in quartz TPT with a sapphire crystal display. Owned and worn by Brady, this Richard Mille comes with original accessories and documentation, including a warranty dated May 2022. Estimate: $300,000-$500,000.

The 18k white gold watch with a salmon-colored dial and ‘Tom Brady’ indexes is set with baguette diamonds. Custom-made for the Greatest Roast of All Time, it features Brady’s signature on the rotor and comes complete with the original Audemars Piguet packaging. Estimate: $400,000-$800,000.

IWC Pilot’s Watch Top Gun Edition ‘SFTI’

Owned and worn by Brady during the 2021 Superbowl victory parade, this limited-edition IWC chronograph features a black ceramic case and a day-date function with its 44.5mm diameter. Estimate: $12,000-18,000.

Before the final sale on December 10, certain items from The GOAT Collection will be showcased at Sotheby’s locations in Los Angeles, Miami, and Dallas. This will give collectors and fans an opportunity to see these valuable items in person. The tour will end in New York as part of The Luxury Sales exhibition, where all items will be displayed before the highly anticipated auction.
