TAG Heuer hosted a celebration in honor of its third limited-edition Monaco timepiece with celebrities like Patrick Dempsey and Olivia Culpo in attendance.

Haute Time caught up with Alec Monopoly at the brand's exclusive opening of its new boutique where the artist dished on his most memorable experiences, favorite timepiece and more.

As the engines roared last weekend in France, at the 24-hours of Le Mans, TAG Heuer took the stage to launch a very special version of the Monaco. This model rose to fame, not in the least because it was on the wrist of Steve McQueen in the 1971 cult-classic 'Le Mans'. At an exclusive event, TAG Heuer treated their guests at a screening of this movie, at the place where it was made. Among them was Steve McQueen's son Chad McQueen, but also brand ambassador Patrick Dempsey, Formula E champion Jean-Éric Vergne and Derek Bell, who not only won Le Mans five times but also drove one of the cars in the movie.

TAG Heuer released two new limited-edition Indy 500 pieces during an intimate celebration with brand ambassador Alexander Rossi at the 2019 Indy 500 race.

What once was a trend color, has resulted in an extensive love affair; at both SIHH as well as Baselworld where there many watches that features blue dials. With that, the color has most certainly proved its staying power, which is also evident from these four watches.

In the TAG Heuer Autavia, the world of aviation and motor racing come together in a single creation, but that is not all that is united. While the design of the latest generation of this model is vintage inspired, it's beating heart couldn't be more modern. Purely based on the numbers, Baselworld is not in very good shape. While the departure of the Swatch Group grabbed the headline, the exodus of participants has been far greater. This year there were only 520 exhibitors, down from over 1.500 in 2016. But these numbers don't tell the whole story, as the 2019 edition might be much more compact, many major players were still there, and contributed in delivering a worthwhile experience.
