For the 2024 season, TAG Heuer debuts the Monaco Split-Seconds Chronograph, drawing from a century-old legacy of split-seconds chronographs, showcasing TAG Heuer’s expertise in crafting timepieces that are both technologically advanced and aesthetically pleasing. Its design pays homage to the iconic 1969 Monaco, renowned for its distinctive square shape and contrarian design ethos. This new model elevates the collection, integrating lightweight materials like grade-5 titanium and sapphire for a modern twist, emphasizing transparency and lightness without compromising on durability. At its core lies the TH81-00 mechanical split-seconds chronograph caliber, a marvel of engineering made in collaboration with Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier, renowned for its lightweight and precise timekeeping capabilities.

The TAG Heuer Monaco Split-Seconds Chronograph not only celebrates the brand’s storied past but also pushes the boundaries of precision and craftsmanship. Its sapphire crystal caseback offers an intimate view of the intricate TH81-00 caliber, symbolizing the watch’s complex beauty. The timepiece features hand-made finishes, including a checkerboard pattern on the center bridge and a TAG Heuer shield-shaped oscillating weight, underlining the brand’s dedication to excellence.
