Hublot to Offer Clients “Atelier” Watches in Ground-Breaking Customer Service Move

Hublot is a company that takes luxury and customer care very seriously; the renowned watchmaker already famed for top-quality, unique timepieces is also making a name in the customer service after-care game with the launch of an exclusive “Atelier” watch.

The Haute Minute

Hublot is a company that takes luxury and customer care very seriously; the renowned watchmaker already famed for top-quality, unique timepieces is also making a name in the customer service...

The Atelier watch will be provided to any client who brings in his or her watch for servicing, a check-up, or repair.  The service however will only be available at the 49 Hublot boutiques world-wide; the Atelier watch service will not be available in multi-brand shops.

The model will not be for sale, generally speaking; it will only be for the clientele mentioned above.  However, there are many watch aficionados who would like to get their hands on the special Atelier; with a design true to the company’s philosophy, it is a fusion of styles.  Crafted in black composite, the case, bezel and pin buckle are also all black composite and a black rubber strap complements the steel screws and crown.  The watch, which is quartz movement equipped, features almost all components made and developed in Switzerland.

The Atelier timepiece could be considered by some to be a sort of “courtesy watch”, the way some car dealers will provide a client with a car when the vehicle is brought in for tuning.   The watches will be loaned to clients free of charge, and the gesture will be at the discretion of the manager at each Hublot boutique.
