Hublot never sits still, and while Baselworld is the usual epicenter of the brand to introduce new watches, they don’t let that limit their sense of innovation. Also this week in Geneva Hublot introduced some watches that pay once again tribute to the “Art of Fusion”, expanding existing collections in extraordinary ways!

Hublot Big Bang Meca-10 Blue Ceramic
Big Bang Meca-10 Blue Ceramic
At its introduction the Meca-10 made quite an impact, with its two parallel barrels which have a double power reserve display. It is one of the innovative, technical watches on which Hublot has founded its reputation, and the collection will now be expanded with a version whose case is crafted from forged blue ceramic. Combined with a blue skeleton movement it results in a watch that gives you an insight in its technical prowess, yet remains pleasantly casual.

Hublot Big Bang Ferrari Magic Gold

Big Bang Ferrari Magic Gold
When Hublot first joined forces with Ferrari, in 2012, they did so with the Big Bang Ferrari in Magic Gold. Quite a fitting material, because while very precious, just like a Ferrari, it is also a high-performance material, that is extremely scratch resistant. In a complex and patented process Hublot combines 24K gold with boron carbide, resulting in the only 18-carat gold that can alone be scratched by a diamond.  The revamped Big Bang Ferrari collection, which was introduced last year, will now also be joined once again by a model in Magic Gold.

Hublot Italia Independent

Classic Fusion Chronograph Italia Independent
Hublot is also expanding their highly successful Italia Independent collection. This time Lapo Elkann went again into the archives of Italian tailor extraordinaire and selected this time three fabrics inspired by the 60s and 70’s. Hublot used them to craft the dials and straps of three new Classic Fusion Chronographs, which will join the Italia Independent. Just like the previous models, do also the three additions highlight that Italian sense of style, yet with a slightly sportive edge, thanks to the chronograph complication.

Hublot Big Bang Poker Limited Edition

Big Bang Unico World Poker Tour Limited Edition
Hublot joined forces with the World Poker Tour in 2014 and renewed that partnership once more. To celebrate this occasion, they have captured the excitement that comes with playing poker at the highest level, in the Big Bang Unico World Poker Tour Limited Edition. The watch is crafted from 45mm black ceramic, with its bezel featuring images of clubs, diamonds, hearts, and spades, while on the dial the number 8 is set with diamonds, paying tribute to the Chinese tradition of luck and prosperity. The Unico chronograph allows its owner to keep track of how long the game is already going on. This watch is limited to 188 pieces.
