The special edition ‘Amerigo Vespucci’ is part of Bulgari’s cult timepiece collection, Bulgari Aluminum. This collection reinvents the idea of sport luxury watches and stands out from current watchmaking codes due to its unconventional materials and bold design. Featuring the iconic combination of aluminum and rubber, the outstanding masterpiece blends Bulgari’s Italian sporty sensibility with modern elegance.
The Amerigo Vespucci mirrors this Italian heritage, as it proudly flies the Italian flag on seas around the world. The watch is a tribute to the proud and elegant youth of the Italian officers in training, perpetuating the spirit of Italian exploration of famed Italian adventurer, Amerigo Vespucci, after whom America was named.

This unique timepiece combines aluminum, titanium and rubber. The elegant and refined special series showcases resolutely contemporary Italian design. Beating at the heart of the case measuring 40 mm in diameter and water-resistant to 100 meters is self-winding Caliber BVL192. Its GMT function drives a dual-time display shown by an arrow-shaped hand on the dial bearing Italian colors as well as the colors of the ship.
Each of the available 1,000 timepieces comes in a mahogany presentation box engraved with the ship’s motto: “Non chi comincia, ma quel Che persevere” (Not he who begins, but he who perseveres).
