Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day is The Legacy Machine No. 2 by MB&F, a timepiece with lineage tracing back to three of the greatest watchmakers in history, Abraham-Louis Breguet, Ferdinand Berthoud and Antide Janvier – each of which used double balance wheels just like the Legacy Machine No. 2.
The case of the Legacy Machine No. 2 is 44 mm, created in your choice of platinum 950, in 18k white or red-gold. Powered by a three-dimensional, MB&F, manual-winding movement, the Legacy Machine No. 2 features a domed sapphire crystal and a 45 hour power reserve. This special timepiece features hand finishing, reminiscent of the 19th century styles, hand polishing, engraving and Geneva waves to complete the look. The Legacy Machine No. 2 shows the hours and minutes on the dial .
Fitted with a black or brown hand stitched alligator strap with a tang buckle to match the case, The Legacy Machine No. 2 is part of a limited edition of 18 pieces in platinum, red-gold and white gold, by MB&F.
