A close up look at the timepiece Louis Vuitton created for Only Watch 2013...
With just over a month to go before Only Watch 2013, today we’re looking at the timepiece Louis Vuitton created for the charity auction. The one-of-a-kind Tambour Spin Time Regatta begins with a blue sunray effect dial set with 18K gold applied indexes and numerals. The dial also features a hand-engraved 18K gold boat designed by Paul Pettavino. The sailboat is exquisitely detailed, with a sail and flag made of 18K white gold, hand-covered with white enamel with a blue and red LV logo. The hull is made of pink gold, with Pettavino’s name hand-painted in red.
