Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day is the 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar by A. Lange & Sohne, named after the birth year of Ferdinand A. Lange. This special timepiece brings together two complications, the chronograph and the perpetual calendar.

The 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar features a Platinum 41.9 mm case housing a Manufacture calibre movement with chronograph-rattrapante function and a 42-hour power reserve. The beautiful dial is solid silver with rhodiumed gold, blued steel hands, with functions including hours and minutes, a sub-seconds dial with stop seconds, Rattrapante chronograph with minute counter, perpetual calendar with date, day of the week, month and leap year display, the moonphase display and power reserve indicator.

Shown on a black alligator strap with platinum buckle, the 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar by A. Lange & Sohne is a true exhibition of the history of the brand combined with todays style and technology.
