Video: Zenith El Primero Movement

Video: Zenith El Primero Movement

Seth Semilof
By Seth Semilof January 10, 2012

Check out the unique and impressive movement of the Zenith El Primero. While the large second hand on most chronographs counts one second at a time, on the El Primer, the large center second hand registers time in 1/10 of a second increments by taking 10 seconds to make a complete rotation and then dividing those 10 seconds up into 1/10th increments. Talk about smooth!
