This special timepiece was developed by two inventors who worked on the piece at Montblanc’s Institut Minerva de Recherche en Haute Horlogerie. The Montblanc Metamorphosis uses the Montblanc MBM 16.29 movement while changing right before your eyes from a simple dial with time indication to a chronograph and back again.
The case is white gold and measures 47 mm and features a 50 hour power reserve and is water resistant to 30 meters. With hours, minutes seconds, Date, Day, Chronograph and Retrograde functions, the Metamorphosis “TimeWriter 1” by Montblanc is a work of art.
Shown on a black leather strap with pin buckle this timepiece was release by Montblanc as part a limited collection of only 28 pieces.
