The Ultimate Price Guide of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore

Our Royal Oak Offshore price guide covers the 2026 collection, from the Diver to the black ceramic, and why buying new or pre-owned changes the math.

The Ultimate Price Guide of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore

The Royal Oak Offshore has always been the louder, bigger, more unapologetic branch of the Royal Oak family. Launched in 1993, it took the Royal Oak’s octagon and scaled it up for a new era, and Audemars Piguet has been refining that formula ever since. In 2026, the Royal Oak Offshore price picture is unusually interesting because the price depends heavily on whether you buy it new from a boutique or pre-owned on the open market.

The Haute Minute

Audemars Piguet’s Royal Oak Offshore starts at $30,200 for the 43mm Selfwinding and reaches $95,900 for the black ceramic chronograph. The steel 26238ST lists at $51,400 and trades near $39,755 pre-owned, while the Diver 15720ST is $33,600.

This guide lays out current U.S. retail prices from Audemars Piguet alongside approximate pre-owned market prices checked on Nov. 5, 2026, reference by reference.

The 42mm Selfwinding Chronograph

The heart of the modern collection is the 42mm Selfwinding Chronograph, Ref. 26238. Audemars Piguet describes it as the new evolution of the original Offshore from 1993, with the Manufacture’s latest selfwinding flyback chronograph, the caliber 4404, an interchangeable strap system, a slightly revised dial, and a sapphire caseback. The case is 42mm across, 15.3mm thick, and water-resistant to 100 meters.

In steel on a bracelet, the Ref. 26238ST.OO.2000ST.01 pairs a blue Petite Tapisserie dial with blue counters and white gold applied markers, and comes with an additional blue rubber strap. It lists at $51,400. The same reference on rubber, the Ref. 26238ST.OO.A340CA.01 with a blue Méga Tapisserie dial, is $43,200, with the $8,200 difference largely down to the steel bracelet. Titanium on a titanium bracelet, the Ref. 26238TI.OO.2000TI.01, is also $51,400.

At the top of the 42mm range sits the black ceramic Ref. 26238CE.OO.1300CE.02, with a black Méga Tapisserie dial, blackened 18k white gold markers and hands, and an integrated ceramic bracelet with a titanium folding clasp. It is $95,900.

The 43mm Chronograph

The newer 43mm chronograph runs on the caliber 4401 and leans into contrast. The Ref. 26420SO.OO.A600CA.01 combines a stainless steel case with a black ceramic bezel, pushers, and crown, a smoked light brown Méga Tapisserie dial, and a matching rubber strap, with a black rubber strap included. It is 14.4mm thick, water-resistant to 100 meters, and lists at $47,300. The steel Ref. 26420ST.OO.A828CR.01 is $45,900.

The Diver and the Three-Hander

For many buyers, the most appealing Offshores are the simplest. The Royal Oak Offshore Diver Ref. 15720ST.OO.A052CA.01 is 42mm in steel, 14.2mm thick, and water-resistant to 300 meters, with a khaki green Méga Tapisserie dial, pink gold markers, and a black rotating inner bezel. It runs on the new selfwinding caliber 4308 and lists at $33,600.

The Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding 43mm Ref. 15605SK.OO.A350CA.01 is the entry point to the collection at $30,200. It has a smoked blue Méga Tapisserie dial, white gold markers, a blue inner bezel, and a blue rubber strap, with a black strap included, in a 43mm case water-resistant to 100 meters.

At the other end of the size range, the 37mm white ceramic limited edition Ref. 77605CB.OO.A422CR.01 brings the Offshore down to a far more compact footprint. Its chameleon Méga Tapisserie dial and purple iridescent alligator strap shift color as they catch the light, the white ceramic case gets titanium crown guards and a titanium caseback frame engraved “Limited Edition,” and it is water-resistant to 50 meters. Inside is the selfwinding caliber 5900. It lists at $51,400, the same as the steel 42mm chronograph on a bracelet.

Straps, Bracelets, and Dials

Two details explain a lot of the spread within the collection. The first is the bracelet. Nearly every current Offshore uses Audemars Piguet’s interchangeable strap system, and most ship with a second rubber strap in the box, but an integrated metal bracelet adds meaningfully to the price, as the 26238ST shows. The second is the dial. The classic Méga Tapisserie, the larger version of the Royal Oak’s waffle pattern, appears across most of the range, while the steel 26238ST on a bracelet uses the finer Petite Tapisserie, a subtle nod to the Royal Oak itself. Materials do the rest. Steel and titanium cluster around the middle of the price list, while the all-ceramic chronograph sits at the top.

What Offshores Trade For

Here is where the Offshore separates from its sibling. Most current references in the collection trade below retail on the pre-owned market, and across the collection the average sits about 24.2 percent below retail. As of early November 2026, the steel 26238ST was changing hands at roughly $39,755, the titanium 26238TI near $35,558, the 26420SO near $31,509, and the Diver 15720ST near $24,418. The discontinued 44mm steel 26470ST, a staple of the previous generation, was near $20,420. The ceramic 26238CE was being offered in complete sets at about $77,000 to $78,000.

There are exceptions. The 15605SK three-hander was trading near $32,293, slightly above its $30,200 retail. And for comparison, the Royal Oak Selfwinding Ref. 15510ST, which retails at $31,900, was trading near $47,639, a reminder of how differently the market treats the two lines.

For buyers, that gap is simply part of the landscape. A boutique purchase brings the newest references, a full warranty, and the brand relationship. The secondary market offers earlier generations and a lower entry price. Audemars Piguet has also moved into certified pre-owned, and our look at the risks and rewards of Audemars Piguet’s CPO program explains how that changes the equation. For more on where values sit across the industry, see our report on luxury watch values in 2026.

Our pick for a first Offshore is the Diver 15720ST at $33,600: 300 meters of water resistance, the new caliber 4308, and a khaki colorway that works as well on a weekend as it does in the water. And if you are still deciding between AP and Patek, our Royal Oak vs Nautilus comparison is a good place to start.
