As the official watchmaker of Formula 1, Hublot has unveiled the F1 King Power Great Britain timepiece to celebrate this weekend’s 2012 Formula 1 Santander British Grand Prix.

Production of the exclusive timepiece is limited to 250, each one individually numbered, and the high-tech components used to create it are influenced by Formula 1 racing.

The bezel is carbon fiber and ceramic, and it has a circular-grained satin finish with multiple holes. This design inspires a high-performance brake disc, while push buttons work the 30-minute to three-hour counter.

F1 King Power Great Britain’s strap is made from black alligator hornback stitched with red onto black rubber.

The case is made in a combination of 18K King Gold, the gold alloy used by Hublot, and an exclusive color with a deeper hue than the typical 5N red gold, which is created by Hublot metallurgists.
