Ulysse Nardin & One More Wave Celebrate Continued Partnership with New Diver Chronometer

Swiss watchmaker, Ulysse Nardin, honored the recent Veteran’s Day and its historical ties with the U.S. military by unveiling its second collaboration with the nonprofit organization, One More Wave. The new limited-edition Diver Chronometer, 44mm OMW, celebrates the continued partnership between Ulysse Nardin and One More Wave.

The Swiss watchmaker and the nonprofit organization initially announced their partnership in 2019, when they released the Diver Deep Dive OMW timepiece. The Diver Chronometer 44mm One More Wave is the result of their latest collaboration, and the timepiece was released on Veteran’s Day to honor the incredible community of wounded and disabled U.S veterans. 

One More Wave is a certified nonprofit that U.S Navy SEAL Alex West founded. The San Diego-based organization has been devoted to helping disabled U.S. veterans since 2015. One More Wave owns and operates its surfboard factory, making custom surfboards for wounded and disabled veterans that fit their needs. One More Wave helps veterans benefit from the unique therapeutic qualities of surfing and community access to their four other chapters across the country. Their mission to help veterans through ocean therapy resonated strongly with Ulysse Nardin, which has long-standing ties to the sea.

The newest Ulysse Nardin x One More Wave timepiece features a turquoise and black design, with a black DLC titanium case and 300m water resistance. In addition, the caseback is engraved with the “One More Wave” logo to signify the partnership. 

The Ulysse Nardin Diver Chronometer 44mm One More Wave timepiece is limited to 100 pieces and will retail for USD 11,500. The watch has been available as of Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2022.
