Avant-garde Swiss watchmaker, TAG Heuer partners with Cycle for Survival, an organization dedicated to beating rare cancers, for the first TAG Heuer Cycle for Survival Fundraising Challenge.

The unique charitable competition is to transpire online and bring together TAG Heuer ambassadors Tom Brady, Patrick Dempsey, Alec Monopoly, Alexander Rossi and Tim Howard. All of the proceeds will go to cancer research and clinical trials at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, which owns and leads Cycle for Survival.

“I am honored to partner up with Cycle for Survival,” said Howard. “Its direct impact to raise funding for the research of rare cancers is critical. We have to continue to fight this battle together, and I hope to make a difference in any way I can. Join the movement and get your sweat on while helping others who really need it.”

Supporters can make tax-deductible donations at TAG Heuer ambassadors’ personalized fundraising webpages, where they will also have the chance to win a TAG Heuer Cycle for Survival Connected Modular 45 timepiece. The brand is to match each gift and announce the winner of the challenge by the end of March.

Until then, Cycle of Survival is to host its signature cycling events across 16 cities, which are expected to draw over 34,000 participants and 230,000 donors. TAG Heuer is to serve as the official timekeeper and timepiece.

Registration for the 2018 events is open at www.cycleforsurvival.org.
