Swiss luxury horologer, Hublot presented three artisanal new Classic Fusion timepieces, which bow to the creativity of famed cigar maker and brand partner, Arturo Fuente.

Hublot Classic Fusion Fuente Limited edition watches encompass both the Maison and Arturo Fuente’s dedication to fine craftsmanship, which has evolved through decades of nurturing exceptional talent.

“This new creation is a tribute to the workmanship, a celebration of human spirit, to the precision and finesse necessary to produce excellent cigars and watchmaking,” said Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot, in a press statement. “In this aspect, we feel very close to the Fuente family.”

All three breath-taking variants rest on the famed Classic Fusion 45mm case. One of the models basks in King Gold, a unique alloy Hublot has created by combining gold and titanium. Swept in the rare metal, the case is engraved with a drawing of tobacco leaves, while the bezel bears the letter X, the emblem of the Fuente family. The caseback features an illustration that reminds of Guines, the Cuban town where the Fuente family started. “Château de la Fuente” marks the watch, which is available in only 50 pieces.

The same intricate chasings grace the second variation of Hublot Classic Fusion Fuente, which has sublime livery in brushed titanium. The third version is rendered in bronze, whose green nuances mature with time. The titanium and bronze models come in 100 pieces.

“My family and I are very moved by the design sported by this new Hublot-Fuente model,” said Carlito Fuente, CEO of Arturo Fuente. “I consider it to be a tribute to our emotional connection to the land, to the earth that enable us to make our cigars and to our origins. Once again, it honours the shared values of the Fuente tab-acalera and the Hublot manufacture.”

Fitted with HUB1112 calibre, which boasts a power reserve of 42 hours, all three editions are to receive their official debut during Fuente’s Asian Tour.
