Haute Time Visits Girard-Perregaux Boutique in New York

Last week Haute Time had the chance to visit the Girard-Perregaux boutique on Madison Avenue in New York City. Nestled in the heart of the haute horlogerie shops on the city’s most famous shopping street, the boutique housed some amazing novelties.

We’ve brought you an exclusive look at a few of our favorites:

Constant Escapement L.M.

This 48mm white gold timepiece recently won watchmaking’s most prestigious award, the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève’s “Aiguille d’Or”. It features Girard-Perregaux’s breakthrough innovation that allows constant power delivery to the oscillator, meaning constant amplitude and constant rate, with a one week power reserve. Reference 93500-53-131-BA6C.

Ladies brown mother-of-pearl with diamonds (1966 Collection)

This 38mm rose gold timepiece features 72 diamonds on the bezel, as well as 3 inlays of brown mother-of-pearl and a “pathway” of 47 diamonds on the dial. Reference 49525D52ABD1-BKEA.

3 Gold Bridge Tourbillon (Vintage 1945 Collection)

This 36.10 x 35.25mm rose gold timepiece features Girard-Perregaux’s signature 3 gold bridges. The dial also features a micro-rotor at 12 o’clock and a tourbillon at 6 o’clock, as well as hour and minute functions. Reference 99880-52-001-BA6A.
