The Meccanico DG by de Grisogono is today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day selected by Carmelo Anthony. This innovative timepiece merges mechanical haute watch making with a digital time display…the outcome, a digital time display powered by a mechanical movement.
The Meccanico DG is featured here in titanium and rubber and houses a hand-wound mechanical movement exclusive to de Grisogono. On the dial, an analog display shows hours and minutes using eye catching green dauphine hands. At the bottom of the dial a second, mechanical digital time zone is displayed using green mobile microsegments. The Meccanico DG dial also shows the power reserve indicator.
Shown here on a black rubber strap with a matching de Grisogono titanium butterfly buckle, the Meccanico DG also features a sapphire glass front and case back and is water resistant to 30 meters.
