The Big Bang Pop Art is a celebration of the flashy, joyful, upbeat spirit of Pop Art, an artistic movement of the 1970s. The credo of Pop Art was to dare, reinterpret and subvert, and it always involved an explosion of bright colors. The four watches in the Hublot Big Bang Pop Art collection are available in combinations of pink, blue, purple and apple green. The colors are expressed in the dials and straps but also in a selection of colored gemstones in a vibrant palette: blue topaz, purple amethysts, pink sapphires and green tsavorites. The 41mm watches contain the HUB 4300 movement, a self-winding mechanical chronograph with a date window at 4 o’clock. The watch is water-resistant to 100 meters and can no doubt be seen from a distance under water. Each is a limited edition of 200 meters.
