Breitling is handing the design of its Super Chronomat to a very short list of clients—the owners of the Aston Martin Valhalla. Announced October 13, 2026, the bespoke program gives Valhalla owners a dedicated Breitling configurator for commissioning a Super Chronomat inspired by the specification of their own car. It covers two watches—a 44mm titanium perpetual calendar chronograph and a 38mm steel automatic—and no one else can order either.
Breitling's bespoke Super Chronomat program lets Aston Martin Valhalla owners configure their own watch: a 44mm titanium B19 Perpetual Calendar Chronograph or a 38mm steel Automatic with a lab-grown diamond bezel, both on carbon-fiber dials. It's available only to Valhalla owners.

Breitling is Aston Martin’s Official Watch Partner, and the pairing has been busy lately. Earlier this year, it gave us a Top Time chronograph inspired by the DB5. This new program goes further. The release describes the two brands as “two names born from a fascination with speed: one measured it, the other mastered it,” and says this is the first time Breitling has opened the design process of one of its most distinctive collections exclusively to Valhalla owners.
The car explains the exclusivity. Valhalla is Aston Martin’s first series-production, mid-engine plug-in hybrid supercar, with aerodynamics and race-derived engineering that draw on Formula 1 technology. Its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 works with three electric motors to produce 1,079 PS, enough for 0 to 62 mph in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 217 mph. Only 999 will be built worldwide, which keeps that client list very small indeed.

Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s executive vice president and chief creative officer, frames the watch as part of the car. “Valhalla is a car defined by innovation, precision and individuality,” he says. “Reflecting a shared commitment to design excellence and meticulous attention to detail, each watch becomes a personal expression of the owner and a natural extension of the car itself.”
Georges Kern, CEO of House of Brands, keeps it simpler. “Valhalla is a statement of what Aston Martin can do. Now we are bringing that same experience to the wrist,” he explains. “This individual timepiece makes the connection to their exceptional vehicle even more personal.” That’s the real appeal. Instead of buying a limited edition someone else designed, owners build one to match the car in their own garage.
The Perpetual Calendar Chronograph
The headline watch is the Super Chronomat B19 44 Perpetual Calendar Chronograph, which Breitling calls one of watchmaking’s rarest combinations: an automatic perpetual calendar chronograph. Its 44mm titanium case is 14.45mm thick, water-resistant to 200 meters, and topped with a unidirectional bezel with a black ceramic insert. It comes on Breitling’s signature Rouleaux bracelet in titanium and steel, or on a black Rouleaux-inspired rubber strap.

Behind the carbon-fiber dial sits the Breitling Manufacture Caliber 19, a COSC-certified self-winding movement beating at 4Hz. The calendar keeps track of month lengths, moon phases, and leap years, and Breitling says it needs no major manual adjustment until the year 2100. With a 96-hour power reserve, you can leave it on the dresser for four days and pick it up without resetting a thing.

The personal part starts with color. Owners choose the rehaut and hands in one of four shades—Aston Martin Racing Green, Trophy Silver, Vivid Gold, or Lime Green—and the counter hands in one of six, which adds Valkyrie Gold, Vivid Orange, and Rosso Corsa. Around back, the display caseback shows the black rotor, which can carry a personalized engraving. Our pick is Lime Green, because nothing reads brighter against black carbon, and it looks the most like it came off the car.

The Super Chronomat Automatic 38
The second watch goes another way entirely. The Super Chronomat Automatic 38 has a 38mm stainless-steel case and Rouleaux bracelet, a textured carbon-fiber dial, and a bezel set with lab-grown diamonds and ceramic rider tabs. It’s a three-hand automatic with a discreet date at 6 o’clock, powered by the COSC-certified Breitling Caliber 17 with approximately 38 hours of power reserve, and it’s water-resistant to 100 meters.

Breitling says the carbon dial brings “true automotive performance materials to the wrist,” linking Valhalla’s engineering language to its own design. Owners pick the rehaut and hand colors from the same four shades and can add a personalized engraving to the caseback, which already carries an engraved Aston Martin logo. In our view, this is the more surprising of the two. A diamond bezel around a carbon dial sounds like a mismatch on paper, yet it reads more jewelry than racing gear, and we mean that as a compliment.

Both partners are particular about where things are made. Valhalla is built at Aston Martin’s global headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire, England, and the Super Chronomat is crafted at Breitling’s Chronometrie in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. Stefano Saporetti, Aston Martin’s director of brand diversification, calls the result “a highly bespoke extension of the ownership experience, celebrating the individuality of each customer while reinforcing the exclusivity that defines both Aston Martin and Valhalla.”

There’s one more perk. Everyone who buys a watch gets a five-year membership to the Breitling Social Club, a private members’ club in Williamsburg, New York, scheduled to open in late 2027. Breitling says it will bring together collectors, entrepreneurs, creatives, artists, and enthusiasts for a year-round program of hospitality, culture, and exclusive experiences.
Breitling hasn’t announced pricing, and the program is available only to Valhalla owners. With 999 cars and one configurator, the watch may be the only part of a Valhalla you can wear to dinner.
