During the Septemerb 22 awards ceremony, Pacino was nominated for Lead Actor in a Miniseries or Movie for his role as the title character in HBO’s Phil Spector. Sadly he lost out to Michael Douglas, who won for his role as Liberace in HBO’s Behind The Candelabra.
