The new Monsieur Arpels Heure is called the Heure Ici & Heure Ailleurs (time here and time away), which defines exactly what a dual timer does. This one has a very clean, refined dial, as it functions as a double jumping hour with a retrograde minute index in between. The jumping hour at the top left of the dial is home time and the hour at the bottom right is away time. The movement, like many other Van Cleef & Arpels poetic movements, was created in collaboration with master watchmaker Jean Marc Weiderrecht and his company, Agenhor. A platinum micro-rotor keeps the case size slim and elegant. The dial is white lacquer, with a piqué motif.
