Piaget’s Shapes of Extraleganza dazzles at a star-studded gala in Barcelona, redefining high jewelry through playful luxury and bold design.

As the evening unfolded, a constellation of international stars and global brand ambassadors lit up the red carpet. Among them were Ella Richards, Gianna Jun, Lee Jun-Ho, and Apo Nattawin—all adorned in Piaget’s latest high jewelry masterpieces. American actress and Friend of the Maison Amber Valletta also graced the event, bringing glamour and charisma to the celebration. The evening’s ambiance was further elevated by a special performance from renowned artist Aloe Blacc, adding a soulful note to a night already rich in elegance and artistry.
The Shapes of Extraleganza collection draws from Piaget’s legacy of unconventional design, blending luxurious materials with bold shapes that challenge traditional jewelry norms. Each piece serves as a work of wearable art, capturing the spirit of movement, color, and confidence that defined the Maison’s creative boom in the mid-20th century. Following the success of 2023’s Essence of Extraleganza, this new collection continues to expand Piaget’s modern vision while remaining rooted in its historic DNA.

South Korean actress and Global Ambassador Gianna Jun captivated the audience in the “Wave Illusion” set. Crafted from rose gold and platinum, the design features a radiant mix of red and pink spinels, rubies, and white diamonds. The intricate craftsmanship and fluid structure of the piece evoke the rolling motion of ocean waves, encapsulating both serenity and strength—a perfect match for Jun’s refined presence on the red carpet.

Amber Valletta stunned in a show-stopping Swinging Sautoir necklace, a testament to Piaget’s ability to seamlessly fuse exuberance with elegance. Made from rose gold and detailed with red and orange carnelian, white opal, ruby heart beads, and yellow sapphires, the piece was accompanied by a set of matching earrings and the exquisite Pink Delight Ring.

The ring itself is centered around a striking cushion-cut rubellite weighing over 8.5 carats, flanked by a fiery cushion-cut spessartite and surrounded by pink sapphires. Together, the elements formed a breathtaking statement of luxury and feminine strength.
