Last weekend, Miami hosted the second leg of the 2023 Longines Global Champions Tour, of which Longines is the Title Partner, Official Timekeeper and Official Watch. A longstanding timekeeper in the sport, Longines continues to be a committed supporter of showjumping. This year, the elite international riders gathered on the custom Miami Beach course to compete, where Katrin Eckermann of Germany riding Cala Mandia was victorious. Eckermann received a Longines timepiece from Brittany Garcia, the Longines Brand Manager.

The competition also served as the ultimate setting to highlight the Official Watch of the event: the new Longines DolceVita X YVY collection, designed in collaboration with the Zurich-based company YVY. Swiss designer Yvonne Reichmuth has reimagined the timepieces giving the nod to the equestrian world through sophisticated leather straps in three shades: beige, brown, and black with rivets. This new collection highlights Longines’ rich heritage and the even deeper connection rooted in the equestrian sport.

The second series certainly set the bar high as the Longines Global Champions Tour Mexico City comes highly anticipated from the 20th to the 23rd of April 2023.
