Grand Seiko Launches Stunning New Watch In Collaboration With Watches of Switzerland
Today Grand Seiko launched in collaboration with Watches of Switzerland an exciting new watch, the Toge Special Edition, that embodies elements from both Japan, as well as the United Kingdom, the home country of the watch retailer. It features many unique elements, most noticeably its dial, which has Grand Seiko's signature Mount Iwate motif, yet now in British racing green. It is combined with a warm gold tone for the GMT-function, which gives the watch a dynamic appearance, as well as making it very easy to read.
Piaget Altiplano Ultimate Concept: The King Of Ultra-Thin
How thin can you go? For Piaget, this has been a question that they have been answering since the late 1950s, and early 1960s when they already set records with their manual wind caliber 9P and automatic caliber 12P. At the time, the goal wasn't purely to create the thinnest watch on the market, but more to give Piaget's designers as much freedom as possible when they create their timepieces. When we fast forward to today, we see a slightly different perspective. While Piaget's ultra-slim movements still give freedom to its designers and find their way in beautiful watches, being thin has gotten an appeal of its own.

Jaeger-LeCoultre Revamps A Masterful Collection
It was 1992 when Jaeger-LeCoultre introduced a collection that would grow on to become one of the pillars of the brand. The watches of the Master Control collection all featured a restrained design, giving them an understated appearance. This was the way that Jaeger-LeCoultre demonstrated its excellence, as everybody familiar with them, knew that these watches where fitted with some of the best movements in the industry. Almost three decades later, little has changed, as the new Master Control collection is once again prone to become a benchmark.
Jaquet Droz Welcomes The Grande Seconde Quantième In 41mm
The Grande Seconde has always been an essential model in the collection of Jaquet Droz because it represents, in many ways, the essence of the brand. With its clean design and oversized sub-dial for the seconds, is it a watch that is instantly recognizable. The Grande Seconde Quantième added to that a date indicator, which Jaquet Droz incorporated in the design in such a way that it adds even more charisma. A tempting watch was the result, but with a diameter of 43mm, also a watch that was rather generous in size.
A Revolution At Lange & Söhne With A Rubber Strap For The Odysseus
Last year Lange & Söhne surprised us by introducing the Odysseus, not only the brand's first sports watch, but also their first regular-production timepiece in stainless steel. On the dial, it combined a large date with a day-indicator as well, while a subdial for the seconds gave the watch a touch of vintage flair. These ingredients haven't changed for the latest addition to the collection, apart from the fact that it is now crafted from white gold, features a new color dial, and comes on a rubber strap.

Four Watches For Mother’s Day
This year will be not a Mother's Day as usual. In many countries, people can't take their mother out for lunch or even visit her due to the restrictions concerning the Covid-19 pandemic. Yet that doesn't mean that Mother's Day 2020 is canceled. There are still many ways in which we can surprise our mothers, and perhaps now is the time to treat her on a very special watch, to underscore not only how you feel about her, but also the importance of time, especially time shared together. One of the following four watches might be the perfect option:
Panerai Celebrates 70 Years Of The Luminor With Exciting New Models
What started 70 years ago as an extraordinary watch for elite forces of the Italian navy during WWII has become one of the most recognizable and popular sports watches. The Panerai Luminor paved the way for oversized watches and has earned its position as an icon. However, Panerai never allowed the Luminor rest on its laurels, but instead used it as their preferred platform to push the envelope, either with complicated movements or with innovative materials. The latter is also what they used for the three special models of the Luminor that Panerai created to celebrate its 70th anniversary.
Cartier Revives The Pasha
2020 marks the return of the Pasha de Cartier, which also happens to celebrate its 35th birthday. The watch was initially launched in 1985 and one of the great successes of the brand. It was created by Gerald Genta, who cleverly combined the Vendome-lugs, designed and patented by Louis Cartier in 1934, with a round case and a prominent canteen-crown. It resulted in a very expressive watch that today hasn't lost any of its appeal.

Four Novelties From Watches & Wonders We Are Over The Moon About
A moon phase display is among the oldest complications in watches. Despite the fact that their practical use is limited, do they remain very popular. With good reason, as a moon phase is adding some old school appeal to a watch as well as a touch of romance. At the first edition of Watches & Wonders Geneva, this complication was therefor also generously present, and we are especially over the moon of the following four watches
