Like many Jacob & Co. creations, the Epic X Chrono Tourbillon is more than meets the eye, with rare features woven throughout the design. The watch features lugs shaped like an X—the original X motif that gave the Epic X collection its name—steeply inclined to seamlessly anchor the case on the wrist. Beneath the vibrant blue translucent dial is the new and exclusive self-winding calibre JCAA09 movement with flying tourbillon, ultimately catapulting this piece into an entirely new echelon of ultra-luxury sports watches. Proven to be a fully functional diving watch, its titanium case is waterproof to 200 meters, featuring the last ten minutes on the minute ring painted in black as a valuable feature for divers as it indicates when their oxygen is about to run low.

Crafted in a titanium case with a rare PVD blue coating—making the surface harder to scratch—the Epic X Chrono Tourbillon is a true work of art with innovative functionalities.

The caseband, bezel, case-back, and crown guards are made with a super-light metal, and the crowns, pushers, and the profile of the angular lugs are set with high-precision white ceramics inserts. The front and the case-back are covered by anti-reflective sapphire crystals, with the addition of tinted mineral crystals for the dial and the case-back. The piece is completed with the white rubber strap, showcasing the central honeycomb motif—another design nod to the original Epic X design.
