Carmelo Anthony’s Haute Time Watch of the Day: Piaget Emperador Cushion-shaped Watch

Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day is the Emperador cushion-shaped watch with the Manufacture Piaget 860P mechanical automatic movement with moon-phase indicator.

This Piaget timepiece measures 46.5 mm and its case is created from 18K rose gold. The blue dial features hour markers also done in 18K gold, along with a sapphire crystal and case back. The moon-phase indicator is located at the 6 o’clock position on the dial and is referred to as an “astronomical” accomplishment in this timepiece. With its resemblance to the actual surface of the moon, the moon-phase indicator shows the phases of the moon with utmost precision (only a one-day difference in 122 years), all based on a mask system which symbolizes the movement of the sun and earth.
