Bovet x Pininfarina Battista Tourbillon; An Electrifying Creation

This is also the case with the Pininfarina Battista, an electric hyper GT that will be delivered to the first clients at the end of the year. With this car, Pininfarina is launching another landmark design, as well as an innovative concept. The Battista shows that beauty, performance, and sustainability can go hand in hand. It also offers exclusivity, as each future owner was able to customize their car to a great extent.

Such an exceptional car asks for a unique watch to match. Pininfarina already enjoyed a close relationship with Bovet, as the two brands worked together previously and share the same passion for quality and design. This means that the car’s extreme customization options are also incorporated into the Battista Tourbillon, allowing owners to create a watch that perfectly matches their hyper GT. With the design teams of both brands working closely together, different design cues from the car could be incorporated in the watch, like the tourbillon case shaped as the Battista’s Impulso wheels.

Bovet is offering the Battista Tourbillon as a limited edition of 30 pieces in polished titanium, another 30 pieces in red gold, and finally 30 pieces in platinum. Thanks to the extensive use of sapphire crystal, a full view of the exceptional movement is guaranteed. This hand-wound caliber not only features a flying tourbillon but combines this with an oversized date and power reserve indicator. A single barrel provides a power reserve of ten days. As a first for Bovet is this watch fitted with two asymmetrical dials. Together they form 90, the anniversary Pininfarina is celebrating. Together it makes for a watch that is every bit as exceptional as its automotive counterpart.
