Earlier this month, Haute Time gave you a sneak peek at Omega’s new Ceragold^TM with our look into the creation of a Seamaster Planet Ocean Chrono. Today, we’re giving you an exclusive close up on this incredible new material, with a look at the technology which allows the growth and the bonding of 18 Ct gold in ceramic.

Omega have created a short film to highlight the innovative new technology behind Ceragold, the first such successful blend. The technology, which took years to master, allows for the creation of a ceramic bezel with gold numbers and scaling, with a finished product that is absolutely smooth to the touch.
