Ulysse Nardin Unveils Limited Edition Schooner Chronograph

Luxury watchmaker Ulysse Nardin has unveiled a limited edition new tribute to yachting. The Schooner was created to honor AMERICA, the schooner who won the first-ever America’s Cup challenge in 1851.

Created as a U.S. boutique exclusive, the limited edition Schooner timepiece features design parallels to the unique design of the AMERICA. The Schooner features a 45.8 mm diameter stainless steel case coated with navy blue rubber and finished with a sapphire crystal case back. The first three minute markers on the dial are distinguished in orange, and the element on the strap is engraved with a commemorative schooner. And, of course, the Schooner is water resistant up to 200 meters.

The Schooner timepiece, which is limited to a 50 piece edition, will retail for $15,500 at Ulysse Nardin boutiques in Florida at the Aventura Mall, Town Center at Boca Raton and the soon-to-open New York City boutique located at 50 Central Park South.
