Famed for its superb creations that often bear seven-digit price tags, Swiss luxury horologer Richard Mille presents its latest, limited-edition timepiece – RM 11-02 Automatic Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Zone Jet Black.

Having ticked its debut at this year’s SIAR fair in Mexico City, the watch is touted as the handiest and stealthiest of a traveler’s accoutrements. And deservingly so. Powered by a skeletonized automatic winding movement (the PVD-treated RMAC2), the wristwatch features a bevy of technical complications that feel top-tier even in the excess of today’s digital reign.

A flyback chronograph, a 60-minute countdown timer, 24-hour totalizer, dual-time indicators and an annual calendar crowd the barrel-curved tripartite case of NTPT carbon. Strong yet light, the water-proof case bulges with several inky pushers that command the various functions on the dial.

With its sporty dimensions of 50mm-42,7mm-16,15mm and hunky aesthetics, complete with a black rubber strap and a titanium clasp, the Jet Black bows a nod to Richard Mille’s iconic RM 011 model. The novel RM line comprises only 88 pieces – the number discreetly inscribed in red at 8 o’clock. Exclusively available in the Americas, each watch retails at $180,000.
