Pop the Tab: The First Official Pepsi Watch Is Here
Say “Pepsi” in watch-collecting circles and most enthusiasts will think of a very different brand.
But that’s about to change.

Seiko has just cracked open an official partnership with the red-and-blue cola giant, debuting two Pepsi-themed Seiko 5 Sports models. Priced around USD 500 and packaged in irresistible Pepsi can-shaped presentation boxes, these are more than just novelties—they’re wearable pop culture.
The worlds of carbonation and chronometry rarely intersect. Sure, Rolex GMT-Master II bezels have been unofficially nicknamed “Coke,” “Pepsi,” and “Root Beer,” and revivalist niche brand Welsbro has poured out a few fruit soda designs. But dedicated soda watches? Almost unheard of.
Then again, why not?

An indie brand inspired by the art of coffeemaking, Brew has proven that beverages and wrist accessories go hand in hand—its eye-catching and affordable timepieces have been selling like hotcakes since its founding a decade ago. Seiko’s own “Cocktail Time” series proves there’s a thirst for drink-themed timepieces.
Next month, the Seiko 5 Sports x Pepsi will arrive in two variants. The SSK047 is a 42.5mm GMT watch with black hard coating, powered by the automatic caliber 4R34. The SRPL99 is a stainless steel diver with matching three-link bracelet, running on the caliber 4R36.

Both keep ticking for 41 hours and are water resistant to a depth of 100 meters. And here’s the history-making twist: for the first time ever, a mechanical watch will proudly wear the Pepsi logo—at 6 o’clock and on the caseback.

The SSK047, themed on Pepsi Zero Sugar, features a red GMT hand, silicon strap with “Pepsi” embossing, and a unidirectional bezel. The SRPL99 gets a bidirectional bezel to match its versatile style. Blue luminous markers and full-dial Lumibrite coating give both watches an entirely new personality in the dark.

And yes—the packaging is just as fun as the watches. The SSK047 (priced at EUR 540) and SRPL99 (EUR 380) arrive in a Pepsi can-shaped case, color-matched to the model inside.
There’s just one catch: each variant is limited to 7,000 pieces worldwide, and pre-orders are already live. If you want your next wrist shot to match your drink, you’ll need to move quickly.
