Graff has long been synonymous with the most fabulous jewels in the world. Founded in 1960 by Laurence Graff, the luxury brand launched the new Princess Butterfly watch collection at this year’s Baselworld. The design of the secret jewelry watch draws inspiration from the elegant silhouette of a butterfly.

Graff has used the butterfly as its muse before, but the new Princess Butterfly watch is the first piece where the jeweled figure of a butterfly is actually concealing a hidden watch.

A contour of tapered diamond baguettes outline the butterfly’s pave wings, creating a work of art for the wrist. Besides admiring the stunning butterfly, what is fascinating about the piece is the innovative jeweled push mechanism, which reveals the secret 17 mm watch with mother of pearl dial.

Creating a transformable jewelry watch is no simple feat. It took months for Graff’s craftsmen to test and design the Princess Butterfly watch, and the brand even used 3D technology to create the stylized butterfly wings.

Here, we have presented the all white version of the Graff Princess Butterfly, however if you fancy a butterfly with color, choose the all yellow diamonds model or the model with a dégradé of sapphires. The watch wears gracefully on the wrist, where the intricate markings of the wings are illuminated with the finest gemstones.

The elegant look of the timepiece is completed by a satin strap. The all-diamond Princess Butterfly version comes with a bracelet created with four alternating flowing and interwoven lines of pavé baguette and brilliant round diamonds. A piece truly fit for a Princess.
