Gurkha Cigars Elevates Its Offering With Three New Cigars For IPCPR

Just in time for this year’s International Premium Cigar and Pipe Retailers’ convention in Las Vegas, Gurkha Cigars has debuted three new cigars to add to its lineup. Elevating its already impressive offering to a new level, the flavor profiles of the Gurkha Real, Nicaragua Series and Treinta represent the company’s continued evolution to offer its clients the best of the best when it comes to cigars.

Gurkha Treinta — 30-Year Anniversary Cigar

Marking the brand’s 30th anniversary since CEO Kaizad Hansotia’s acquisition of the company, the Treinta—available in three sizes—is made with the Arganosa Leaf from Nicaragua. The first 1000 boxes of each size will be presented in limited-edition box, while a cigar tin with five Toro Treinta cigar capacity is also available for $67.50. A limited-edition anniversary humidor—priced at $800—will also be available, which will include 50 Treinta Limitada cigars available exclusively with the humidor: 25 Belicoso cigars and 25 Figurado cigars.

The cigars will be available in 21 count boxes in the following three sizes:

Robusto (5×52) –  $13/cigars (MSRP)
Toro (6×54) – $13.50/cigars (MSRP)
Magnum (6×60) – $13.90/cigars (MSRP)
Gurkha Real
This smooth mild-to-medium smoke cigar is made in Tabacalera Las Lavas in the Dominican Republic, with a Criollo 98 Ligero (DR), Criollo 98 Seco (DR) and Nicaragua Seco filler, as well as an Olor Dominicano binder and a Connecticut/Ecuador wrapper. These cigars will be ready to ship at the end of August, available in four sizes in 20 count boxes as follows:

Toro (6×54) – $8.50/cigar (MSRP)
Churchill (7×52) – $8.95/cigar (MSRP)
Magnum (6×60) – $8.95/cigar (MSRP)
Gurkha Nicaragua Series
This special edition Nicaraguan puro with a medium to 3/4 full smoke is the most exclusive of the three releases, as it is only available to purchase by invitation for Gurkha’s top retailers. The cigars are also made by Arganosa Leaf with an Aganorsa corojo 99 Clara wrapper leaf from Nicaragua, a Corona 99 Aganorsa double binder and Corona 99 and Criollo 98 Aganorsa filler. Each store will be limited to five boxes, while the cigars are available in four sizes in 20 count boxes as follows:
