Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day comes to us from SIHH 2014, The Radiomir 1940 Chronograph Oro Rosso by Panerai.

Powered by a hand-wound mechanical exclusive Panerai OP XXV calibre movement, with a 55 hour power reserve, and decorated with Cotes de Geneve detail on the bridges, it’s no wonder this timepiece is a limited edition offering. The case is 18kt red-gold, or Oro Rosso and measures 45mm and features a polished finished and red-gold buttons at 2 and 4 o’clock to control the chronograph. The Raiomir 1940 Chronograph dial is a stunning shade of brown and features luminous Arabic and Roman numerals and markers, a minute counter at 3 o’clock, seconds at 9 o’clock and a central chrono hand.
