Audemars Piguet Arnold T3

My next visit was with Audemars Piguet, to check out there new launched pieces. Before we got into the pieces, I was very fortunate and lucky to have Paul Lerner take out a special custom piece to show Haute Time, the Audemars Piguet Arnold T3, which was customized with diamonds everywhere. This is a special piece that was done exclusively by AP, that is not a new piece, but WOW, if you like diamonds, this is the biggest watch I have ever seen.

The first watch I was able to see was a Royal Oak Offshore Grande Complication. This is a very special piece made by Audemars Piguet this year, it is the first time the brand has done a Grande Complication movement in a Royal Oak Offshore. The watch movement is entirely open worked and assembled by hand. The watch has a three-piece limited edition set, and showcases the power Audemars Piguet has in watch making, connecting it with its famous Royal Oak Offshore brand. This is one of the highlight pieces made by Audemars Piguet, and was the hardest piece to look at, since everyone wanted a chance to see this in the back room.

Royal Oak Offshore Diver

The next piece was an addition from last year, the Royal Oak Offshore Diver. This year, the piece is in orange, when last year it was in yellow. The watch is 42mm, with a ceramic case and bezel. The watch uses a manufacture calibre 3120, and this piece is in orange. This is the first timepiece to be certified water-resistant conform to ISO 6425 dive standards to a depth of 300m, and it is the first piece with a sapphire case back. Plus, it is the first year the watch uses a bezel and easy-grip crowns all made of deep black high-tech ceramics. Very cool piece, and a huge fan of the colors this year they used, as I prefer the orange over the yellow.

Royal Oak Offshore Perpetual Calendar Chronograph

The next piece was the Royal Oak Offshore Perpetual Calendar Chronograph. This is a gorgeous piece, as I love the functions from the month date to the left, the calendar date on top, the moon shots to the right, and the day on the bottom. This is an extremely attractive piece, as I personally love the blue color, along with the plastic strap, to give it an athletic look, while the watch has powerful complications. This is another piece launched this year by Audemars Piguet, that showcases their dedication to producing powerful watches, with complications that are up there with the best.

Audemars Piguet booth was on fire, and buzzing with people everywhere. The men’s watches were very special, but the ladies pieces were even better. I am a huge fan of the brand, and was very excited to see the launches of the Royal Oak Offshore Grande Complication and the Perpetual Calendar. Congrats to the AP team, and with François-Henry Bennahmias as the global CEO, we see things getting even better moving forward.
