It may be called discreet, but there is no way Vacheron Constantin’s latest high-jewlery timepiece will go unnoticed. The final release of 2015, a year that celebrates the brand’s 260th anniversary, the Heures Creatives collection is a wonderful nod to the brand’s Art Deco years. Its highlight, the Heure Dsicrète, is a ‘secret’ watch which hides the time display behind a curtain of diamonds, should the owner want to appear free of any time pressures. The watch totals 429 round cut diamonds. It is powered by caliber 1055, an in-house movement, boasting a power reserve of 40 hours which can be wound by a crown located on the left hand side of the watch. A slightly more discrete version also exists on a black satin strap with deployant buckle. Price upon request.
