During the on-going 69th Cannes International Film Festival, earrings are clearly enjoying the spotlight. Whether they’re worn long, dangle, or made into comfortable ear clips, here are the top 5 pairs spotted on Hollywood stars during this year’s festival.

At the premiere for ‘Kids in Love’ by Chriss Foggin Photocall, French actress Alma Jodorowsky looked stunning in earrings crafted from white gold and diamonds, chosen from Chanel’s Ruban collection, together with a earcuff from the Comète Spirale line.

British-American actress Rebecca Hall wore Chaumet earrings from the French jeweller’s Hortensia collection to the premiere of the much-anticipated film, The BFG. At the premiere of the movie Slack Bay, all eyes turned to British singer and fashion icon Cheryl Cole, as she walked the famed Red Carpet at Cannes.
