TimeCrafters Exhibition Welcomes Luxury Watch Brands to New York

Last night, the Park Avenue Armory was filled with luxury watch lovers and CEOs alike. For its second year the TimeCrafters Exhibition welcomes brands like Richard Mille, Omenga, Hublot, Girard Perregaux, Chopard, Bvlgari, Breguet, and Audemars Piguet to the city to showcase their fine craftesmenship and iconic pieces.

Skilled watchmakers worked on rare pieces right before the eyes of guests. Also on display was The Blum Collection, an art-inspired exhibit of one of the most comprehensive showings of Swatch watches in the world, a Sotheby’s Diamonds Collection exhibit featuring rare, extraordinary diamonds in a host of magnificent shapes and design-driven settings, as well as, the Think Time – Think Swiss Excellence, an interactive traveling exhibition presented by The Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH providing insight into the multi-faceted nature of the Swiss watchmaking industry.

As a special guest, Dominique Loiseau of Girard-Perregaux was there to introduce his latest watch, the Loiseau 1f4, is one of the most complicated automatic watches in the industry with eight patents on its movement.

The TimeCrafters Exhibition is open to the public, Sept. 14 and 15 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Park Avenue Armory, 643 Park Avenue. Cost is $20 and more information can be found by visiting: http://www.timecrafters.com/
