Luxury watchmakers Richard Milel have been named the Official Timekeeper of Polo Cup Saint-Tropez, and to celebrate the manufacture has unveiled the new RM 011 Polo de St Tropez. This is not Richard Mille’s first foray into the polo world; the brand has worked with Argentinean polo champion Pablo Mac Donough since 2011.

As part of the new partnership, Richard Mille will have an official presence at the Club’s major tournaments this year, which include The International Polo Cup Saint-Tropez (4th July – 14th July) and The Open de Saint Tropez (8th – 25th August). Finalists from those contests will compete in the ‘Richard Mille Cup’ and The Polo Gold Cup (5th to 15th September).

Meanwhile, the case and dial of the new RM 011 Polo de St Tropez take their inspiration from the colours of the Polo Club Saint-Tropez; navy blue and white. In addition, the Club’s logo will be engraved on the sapphire glass caseback. This timepiece boasts a ceramic ATZ bezel and caseback, a grade 5 titanium caseband, and is fitted with a grey rubber strap and titanium buckle. Only 25 RM 011 Polo de St Tropez timepieces will be produced; they will be available beginning in July at the Polo Club Saint-Tropez and official Richard Mille boutiques.
