Last night two of the world’s best tennis players faced off at the US Open championship, with Rafael Nadal taking home the Grand Slam title. It was an incredible match between Nadal and Novak Djokovic, two veteran players who gave it their all at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

And of course Nadal was wearing his RM 27-01 Tourbillon during the match, the ultra-light timepiece Richard Mille created specifically for him.

Nadal played an amazing game, besting Djokovic 6-2, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1. The win capped off an incredible comeback for Nadal, who missed the US Open last year due to a knee injury.

This is Nadal’s second US Open championship, his second Grand Slam title of the year, and his 13th Grand Slam crown.

Nadal’s limited edition RM 27-01 was with him on court the whole time. The ultra-light tourbillon weighs just 19 grams (strap included), making it wearable during even the most intense competition. The RM 27-01 can also withstand over 5,000 G thanks to its movement, which is held in total suspension at its heart, and a baseplate attached to the case by four braided steel cables just 0.35 mm in diameter.
