This month luxury watchmaker Hublot opened its first flagship boutique in Italy. On Saturday, August 10th Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot, hosted an opening cocktail to celebrate the new store inside the Cala di Volpe Hotel in Porto Cervo.

“The Costa Smeralda is synonymous with quality, beauty, prestige, relaxation, joie de vivre, happiness and freedom,” Guadalupe told us. “These are all qualities that we are aiming to perpetuate through our art. This is why the partnership between Hublot and Costa Smeralda has such resonance!”

According to the manufacture, the boutique was designed with traditional Sardinian architecture, the same of the luxurious Cala di Volpe. The location in Porto Cervo also makes for a stunning backdrop, with a view out over the prestigious Yacht Club Costa Smeralda. In honor of the opening, Hublot presented 20 super precious “Half Million” pieces, with full pavè baguette, classic fusion case, self-winding movement, squelette face, exclusively on sale at the new boutique.
