At upcoming press conferences after Miami Heat games, you may see players sporting a black, gold and red team watch from Hublot.

The Hublot King Power Miami Heat Chronograph  has the Miami Heat logo on the dial and the case back making it official: Hublot is the official watchmaker for the Miami basketball team.  Only 200 limited edition pieces are available, each costing $42,400 with the proceeds going to charity.

48 is the numbre du jour for the King Power, at 48mm the timepiece is large, but that space is not taken for granted, a second dial set for 48 minutes represents the amount of time in a 12 minute four quarter NBA basketball game.  Also, the power reserve in the movement is 48 hours.

The case is made of 18k King gold with 5% alloy platinum as well.  Sticking to the basketball theme, the rubber strap is textured to look like the surface of a basketball.  Under the engine, the King Power is a Swiss automatic Hublot movement.

Along with a watch representing one of the most talked about teams in the NBA, buyers will get a special case as well as a Miami Heat jersey signed by Udonis Haslem.
