According to Hublot Chairman Jean-Claude Biver, it’s sunny skies ahead for the luxe brand in the United States.

Biver reportedly told Reuters that he expects huge growth in presence and revenue for the Swiss watchmaker in the US. Tourist-dense cities like Miami, where Latin American shoppers spend big, and Las Vegas are at the forefront of this growth.

The brand also plans to open more boutiques in the coming years, and August will see the sixth American establishment come to life in Atlanta.

The Swiss luxury timepiece industry is gaining momentum in general. “The Swiss watch industry has no competition. Nobody will buy a $10,000 watch if it’s not Swiss made,” Biver said. He expects Hublot to garner a double-digit percent increase, bypassing the expectations of the market’s growth as a whole.
