Today’s Haute Time Watch of the Day is the Grande Cosmopolite Tourbillon by Glashutte Original. This beautiful Platinum timepiece measures 48mm in size. The platinum case features anti reflective, sapphire crystal on both sides along with an officer’s case back with engraved time zones. This amazing piece allows the world traveler to keep track of time in any two of the worlds 37 time zones, simultaneously.

The Grande Cosmopolite Tourbillon is equipped with a manual winding Caliber 89-01 movement with a 72 hour power reserve and 528 individual components. The impressive flying minute tourbillon, the home time 24 hour display off center on the dial and the second time zone with hours and minutes are all beautifully displayed on the dial. Also displayed on the exquisitely crafted timepiece is the perpetual calendar with day, month and leap year, day/night indication and power reserve display on the movement side.

Shown on a luxurious Louisiana alligator strap, the limited edition Grande Cosmopolite Tourbillon offered by Glashutte Original is limited to only 25 pieces worldwide. This amazing creation is presented in a finely crafted presentation case made from peat oak and integrated with its own winder, keeping the timepiece running at all times.
