Last week Haute Time had the chance to visit the new Bovet boutique in New York City. The boutique, which Paul Haggis helped open just last week, is located in the prestigious Ritz-Carlton on the edge of Central Park.

We saw some absolutely jaw-dropping pieces, and we’ve brought you an exclusive look:

Dimier Récital 8 7-Day Tourbillon Orbis Mundi
Bovet-14-Edit
This 48mm white gold timepiece is a pièce unique. The open-worked dial features hours, minutes and seconds on the tourbillon, as well as three mother-of-pearl sub-dials featuring second time zone (hours and minutes), city indicator, day and night indicator, and power reserve indicator. The Dimier Récital 8 is completed by a blue hand-stitched alligator skin strap.

Amadeo Fleurier 43
Bovet-67-Edit
This piece was designed exclusively the New York boutique (as is engraved on the caseback). Housed in a 43mm 18K red gold Amadeo convertible case, this piece features a red guilloché dial with applied Roman hour numerals, as well as minutes, sub-seconds and power reserve indicator. At its heart is the self-winding calibre 11BA12, which boasts a 72-hour power reserve.

Dimier Recital 9 Miss Alexandra 7-Day Tourbillon With Moon Phase Indicator
Bovet-32
This 41mm x 37.2mm red gold ladies’ timepiece features a bezel set with 60 round-cut diamonds. The open-worked dial features hours and minutes, while a blue guilloché sub-dial features moon phase and an indicator for the 7-day power reserve. The Dimier Recital 9 Miss Alexandra is completed by a blue hand-stitched alligator skin strap.

Amadeo Rising Star 7-Day Triple Time Zone Tourbillon With Reversed Hand-Fitting
Bovet-17
This 46mm 18K red gold piece features an Amadeo convertible case, which allows its owner to switch between a strap, pocket chain and table-clock functions. This dual-sided masterpiece features hours, minutes, seconds on tourbillon, power reserve indicator, 2nd time zone (hours and minutes), 3rd time zone (hours and minutes), and a city indicator and day/night indicator for the 2nd and 3rd time zones. The Amadeo Rising Star is limited to just 19 pieces.
